All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended; we appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

We are currently shipping to the United States of America and Canada only.

- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

📦 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
WillowDew is not responsible for:
- Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
- Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. However, we’re here to support you.
If your package is:
- Lost in transit: please contact us and we’ll assist in filing a claim
- Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or your local carrier first, then reach out to us
We’ll always do our best to help find a solution.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
